Patricia Hill

PATRICIA HILL is an Austrian pop singer, born in Vienna in 1988. Besides several singing contests
(Miniplayback Show, The Voice 2002, Die Große Chance) and transverse flute lessons, Patricia started
singing education at the age of thirteen – at first in opera singing and later in Pop vocals – as well as
dancing education in ballet and figure skating.

Shortly afterwards, she gained experience on stage with a local rock band and toured through Germany (Winestock Festival), Greece (Golden Apple Festival) and the UK (Cambridge Rock Festival, Rock and Bike Festival, Cavern Club, interviews at BBC Radio etc.)

As chance would have it, Patricia quit her rock band back in 2014. Shortly afterwards she met Wolfgang Bayer, a very talented composer and piano player. He wrote and arranged the five songs of her EP-album together with songwriter Emad Sayyah. The EP was officially released by the Austrian based label CHILLI MUSIC on 24th of February, 2017.
Some highlights for Patricia as a solo-artist were her appearance at the Eurovision Song Contest VIP-Lounge, as well as Europe’s biggest Juvenile Basketball Tournament at the Wiener Stadthalle, in New York City (Village Underground, Cafe Wha), Budapest (A38) and the internationally well known Donauinselfest.

Her band consists of professional musicians, such as: Michael Pawlowitsch (Drums), Wolfgang Bayer (Piano), Tom Niesner (Bass) and Ari Tiihonen (Percussion). Besides original material, their live program contains various Pop Hits, as well as R&B and Soul. This band formation features a melodic keyboard, an infectious beat and a multi-faceted voice; a show for all to see.
